ABOUT THE NEW LEADERS The New Leaders is the leading educational organization bringing emotional intelligence (EQ) leadership training from accredited programs at Harvard Kennedy School, Cornell University, and Oxford University to Vietnam. Our mission is to advance EQ Communication skills to a world-class standard for leaders and their team members.

POSITION OVERVIEW As an L&D Executive, you will serve as the "backbone" of our operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout all training programs. Beyond logistics, you will be directly involved in the value chain—from pre-training assessments to solution design and post-training impact tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Training Operations & Logistics

  • Take primary responsibility for preparing logistics, technical setups, and ensuring smooth delivery for both online and offline training sessions.
  • Coordinate and support engagement activities within the classroom to ensure the best possible learner experience.

2. Solution Design & Proposal Support

  • Collaborate with the expert team to design program proposals that directly address client pain points and challenges.
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and evaluations to gather real-world data, enabling the customization of instructional content.

3. Customer Experience Management & Evaluation

  • Accompany clients throughout their entire service experience journey.
  • Implement post-training follow-up activities to help participants translate theory into practice.
  • Collect and analyze evaluation data to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve service quality.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in L&D, HR, or training coordination.
  • Execution Excellence: Strong task management skills with high attention to detail in logistics and operations.
  • Ability to handle situations flexibly during live training operations.
  • Capability to research, listen, and transform client requirements into practical training solutions.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in both English and Vietnamese to support proposal development and reporting.
  • Proficiency in basic training and design tools.
  • Familiarity with AI applications to enhance work efficiency is a significant plus.
  • An open mind with a hunger to learn about EQ and inspirational leadership styles.
  • A customer-centric mindset with professional and tactful communication skills.
