Telesales Representatives

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

At The New Leaders, the Telesales Representative position does not involve cold calling or bulk data spamming. You will work with Warm Leads—individuals who are already familiar with the organization, have attended our workshops, or have proactively left their contact information expressing interest.

Your direct target audience consists of High-level & Senior Leaders (Business Owners, C-levels, Directors/Senior HR Managers). This is a highly professional, intellectual, and high-standard client segment. Therefore, your role is not to "close deals" or provide deep solution consulting, but rather to connect, qualify basic needs, and schedule business meetings/calls between the clients and the organization's Expert/BD team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact and Nurture Warm Leads: Proactively follow up with the provided client database to record and explore their level of interest in solutions offered by The New Leaders.
  • Screen and Qualify Needs: Use a concise and sophisticated set of questions to identify the actual HR/management challenges the business is facing and assess lead eligibility.
  • Schedule Appointments: Spark appropriate interest and successfully book business meetings (Online/Offline) between clients and the Business Development (BD) department or consulting experts.
  • Data Management: Accurately update call statuses and client background information on the CRM system to ensure a smooth transition of information to the next department.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demeanor and Elocution: Possess a clear, polite, and standard voice. Demonstrate concise and professional communication skills to establish rapport and trust with senior executives right from the beginning of the call.
  • EQ and Tactfulness: Show high sensitivity when interacting with sophisticated clients. Maintain measured communication, practice active listening, and strictly avoid pushy tactics, aggressive selling, or rattling off rigid, boilerplate scripts.
  • Coordination Skills: Ability to arrange appointments logically and accurately document the business's context to provide the best support for the BD team.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support (Preference given to backgrounds in B2B, Corporate Training/Education, HR Tech, or premium premium services).
