[[en]]Ngan Tran is an international leadership trainer, graduated from the Leadership Executive Program at Harvard Kennedy School. She has over 10 years of management experience for leading national and global healthcare organizations. She has been teaching motivational speech, leadership skills for thousands of leaders from more than 20 countries worldwide. Ngan's passion is to help next generation leaders become effective, inspiring and influencing leaders.[[vi]]Ngân Trần Ngân Trần là nhà sáng lập/CEO của The New Leaders, huấn luyện viên quốc tế về phát triển năng lực lãnh đạo, tốt nghiệp từ chương trình lãnh đạo của Đại học Harvard Kennedy. Cô có hơn 10 năm giữ các vị trí quản lý lãnh đạo cấp cao ở các tập đoàn lớn. Cô đã giảng dạy kỹ năng lãnh đạo cho các nhà lãnh đạo từ hơn 20 quốc gia. Cô nhận học bổng toàn phần của Chính phủ Mỹ, học bổng Erasmus Mundus của Ủy ban Châu Âu. [[en]]Tam Pham has 15 years of management experience in Operations, HR, Tech & Project Management and more than 10years in financial services. Currently she is working as Head of Lending Operations - Grab Vietnam and oversee Grab Lending Operations in other countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines) . Tam loves backpacking (30+ countries & counting) - A learner on the road. [[vi]]Tâm Phạm có hơn 15 năm kinh nghiệm giữ các vị trí quản lý cấp cao trong Operations, HR, Tech và Project Management và hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tài chính. Hiện tại cô đang giữ vị trí Head of Lending Operations - Grab Vietnam và quản lý Grab Lending Operations ở các quốc gia khác (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines). Tâm rất thích trải niệm và học hỏi ở những vùng đất khác nhau (đã đặt chân tới tới hơn 30 quốc gia trên thế giới)
