Marketing Executive

POSITION AND ROLE At The New Leaders, the Marketing Executive role is not about "posting just for the sake of posting" or producing generic, trend-chasing content. Your target audience consists of High-level & Senior Leaders (Business Owners, C-levels, Directors/Senior HR Managers) — an intellectual audience with high standards who are highly sensitive to superficial content.

Therefore, your role is to build deep, insightful content across the organization's media channels, while simultaneously driving marketing campaigns for workshops/seminars to generate high-quality Warm Leads. This is the "headwater" that feeds the entire sales funnel of The New Leaders. You will not be standing behind the scenes doing menial tasks; you will be standing at the top of the funnel, where every business opportunity begins.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expert Content Production: Plan and directly write content for the organization's channels (Fanpage, LinkedIn, Website, Email) centering around Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Learning & Development (L&D). Maintain a polished, professional tone appropriate for a senior readership. Coordinate with the Designer to finalize visual assets.
  • Social Channel Management: Build content schedules, operate, and develop social channels; track engagement and nurture the community of followers, who are corporate managers and leaders.
  • Event Marketing: Formulate communication plans before, during, and after the organization's workshops and seminars; handle invitation content, landing pages/registration forms, email nurturing, and post-event recaps.
  • Lead Generation & Data Management: Collect and classify leads from content and event campaigns; accurately update the CRM system and ensure smooth handovers to the Telesales/BD department; track feedback on lead quality to optimize campaigns.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track content and campaign metrics (reach, engagement, quantity & quality of leads, event registration rates), and provide periodic reports while proactively proposing improvement plans.

CORE COMPETENCIES (REQUIREMENTS)

  • Relevant Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Executive, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar roles. Experience in B2B, Corporate Training/Education, HR/L&D, Consulting, or premium services is preferred.

  • Creative Content Production: Able to create fresh content ideas and turn business messages into engaging formats such as social posts, short videos, visuals, emails, landing pages, event materials, and sales-support content. Strong Vietnamese writing is required, especially for senior executive audiences. Good sense of visual storytelling, video direction, trend adaptation, and creative content packaging is a strong advantage.

  • Funnel Thinking: Understand the B2B customer journey and create content with a clear business purpose, not only for engagement but also for lead generation. Always know which funnel stage each content piece serves.

  • Organization & Coordination: Able to manage routine content, campaign tasks, and event-related marketing activities at the same time. Work well with Designers, BD/Sales, Experts, and external partners to deliver clear and timely outputs.

  • Tools & Digital Execution: Proficient in social media platforms and basic email marketing tools. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, CRM, landing page builders, form tools, and basic analytics dashboards is a plus.
