As we step into 2026, The New Leaders is entering a strong growth phase—expanding our brand, partner ecosystem, and social/brand platform to bring modern leadership knowledge to more generations of leaders. We’re looking for a Social & Brand Manager to shape the brand for our next stage of growth.
Your Role
You will play a strategic role in:
- Shaping the long-term brand direction
- Building a social & brand ecosystem aligned with business growth
- Gradually building and growing the Social & Brand team during our scale-up journey
Key Responsibilities
1. Social & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute the brand strategy for The New Leaders
- Build a cohesive, multi-platform brand identity across social channels
2. Content & Community Ecosystem
- Develop a content strategy around leadership, EQ, and neuroscience that is inspiring and deep
- Translate expert knowledge into accessible, emotionally resonant, high-impact content
- Build and grow a community centered on leadership and human development
3. Partnerships & Brand Collaboration
- Develop brand collaboration strategies with local and international partners
- Work with educational institutions, leadership networks, and professional communities
- Partner with the leadership team to expand our ecosystem in line with brand strategy
4. Events, Workshops & Brand Experience
- Propose and deliver creative event/workshop strategies
- Design brand experiences that bring The New Leaders’ knowledge and values closer to the community
- Blend social, offline events, and storytelling to create strong emotional brand impact
5. Branding & Marketing Materials
- Develop and manage brand visuals, identity system, and marketing materials
- Ensure all assets consistently reflect The New Leaders’ spirit and standards
6. Build & Grow the Social & Brand Team
- Gradually build and scale the Social & Brand team
- Coach and develop team capability throughout the scale-up phase
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in Social, Branding, or Marketing
- Are passionate about education, leadership, emotional intelligence, and human development
- Know how to connect brand with emotion, values, and real people
- Are highly creative, modern in thinking, and not tied to traditional “education branding” templates
- Are proactive, accountable, growth-minded, and committed to continuous learning
