Developing from junior managers to senior managers is a long growing path. We reached out to The New Leaders who provide customized training in EQ management to grow our team. Supported by their experience, 3 of our teams have learned to know their inner person, the inner person of their coworkers and build trust within the team. Taking on a new role as CEO has been quite challenging. I moved to a new environment where it seems like people are moving slowly and lack motivation.
