The New Leaders course holds immense value because leaders in higher positions face increased demands for emotional intelligence skills. Being conscious of this fact is essential for optimal performance.

The training, organized by The New Leaders, is super useful and practical in many ways. Especially, 80% of the course time is spent on practice and group coaching, so we will be able to sharpen and apply the new skill right away!

I received a lot of useful knowledge from The New Leaders' workshop, especially the application of emotional intelligence in leadership skills in today's world. I was also greatly impressed by the energy and expertise that Ngan Tran brought to the workshop.

Taking on a new role as CEO has been quite challenging. I moved to a new environment where it seems like people are moving slowly and lack motivation. Sometimes, I feel a clear sense of loneliness as a leader and experience burnout. Developing from junior managers to senior managers is a long growing path. We reached out to The New Leaders who provide customized training in EQ management to grow our team. Supported by their experience, 3 of our teams have learned to know their inner person, the inner person of their coworkers and build trust within the team. Understanding each other's emotions better helped the teams to grow and elaborate more. A journey that took months and is still ongoing, but certainly worth every minute!

The sessions from Ngan have helped me sharpen my skills as a leader of a multi-bill USD start-up to be able to motivate & inspire team members to take actions. This is also extremely helpful for me as a frequent public speaker and founder of an NGO.
