Building trust and emotional intelligence (EQ) communication skills we've learned from The New Leaders' customized program have really helped our leadership team connect better. Developing EQ in our team has fostered a culture of trust, friendliness, and a safe space for sharing and creativity within the team.

Taking on a new role as CEO has been quite challenging. I moved to a new environment where it seems like people are moving slowly and lack motivation.
