Overview: As the Business Development Manager at The New Leaders, you will bring the image & values of The New Leaders to our clients and partners, consult them with suitable training services and build & maintain trustworthy relationships with current & potential clients.
You’ll be expected to understand market demands and needs & work closely with the marketing team to deliver business expansion strategies to promote our brand & service.
What you’ll do:
- Actively reach out to potential clients by creating rapport in different online & off-line channels, building customer funnel to grow the business
- Build partnership with suitable organizations to expand our potential customer bases
- Provide customer consultation with suitable products and services
- Maintaining relationships with clients, partners and other organizations for upselling services, collaboration and network expansion
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, maintain The New Leaders' integrity across all sales & marketing efforts
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams and collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

What you need:
- Strong professional sales skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong self-motivated with a results-driven approach, passionate in Training, Education & Human Development
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- At least 7 years of experience working in Sales (B2B in training/education market or experience working with and have a strong network with HRD, L&D managers, C-levels is highly preferred)
- Fluent both in English and Vietnamese
