Overview As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding The New Leaders’ client network and driving business growth. You will represent the brand’s image and values in all business interactions, consult clients on suitable leadership development solutions, and contribute to building long-term partnerships. This role requires strong execution capability, relationship-building skills, and a growth mindset in a fast-moving and competitive market.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through online and offline channels to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop rapport with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and business decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base
  • Provide professional consultation on training programs and leadership solutions based on client needs
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and service recommendations to potential clients
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities
  • Support partnership development with relevant organizations to expand brand reach and market presence
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer demands and competitive positioning
  • Gather feedback from clients and prospects and share insights with internal teams to improve offerings
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure effective business expansion strategies
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress and performance metrics, and prepare periodic reports
  • Participate in internal discussions to contribute ideas for improving customer experience and sales effectiveness
  • Other responsibilities will be discussed further during the interview

What you need

  • At least 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management
  • Experience in B2B sales is required
  • Experience in training, education, consulting or HR-related industries is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Genuine interest in leadership development, education and human potential
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a dynamic and competitive business environment
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
